How do I reset my data? Go to Settings > Reset Data within the app to clear all stored habits and progress.
Does the app sync across devices? Not currently. All data is stored locally on your device.
Is my data backed up? The app relies on iOS’s standard iCloud backup if enabled on your device. You can also export your data from Settings > Export.
